Magnificent Musings
I understand that by purchasing a service from Magnificent Musings I have reviewed the Return Policy and Consent to Services agreement per the booking. Tarot readings are conducted for entertainment. Magnificent Musings is not a medical professional, therapist or psychiatrist, nor a lawyer and any suggestion given on these matters in a reading is given from the space of a regular person making an observation and shall not be taken with the same weight as one of those professionals. Questions specifically asking for medical or legal help will not be answered as Magnificent Musings is not qualified to do so.
Magnificent Musings is a certified Death Doula, Relationship Coach, and Life Coach as well as an ordained minister. Advice and guidance will be given through the lens and professional capacity in which she is certified to give.
Signing up for a service gives consent for energy work to be done and understands that Magnificent Musings is not liable or responsible for the results. Energy work is not a science and results may vary. Ultimately, it is designed to give peace and guidance to the client and those are the intentions behind the work. Any guidance given is not binding and the client does not have to do it. It is just a suggestion and is made in the coaching capacity.
All services performed by Magnificent Musings are done so with positive intent to help the client and provide positive entertainment. Magnificent Musings is respectful to differences including: race, ethnicity, religions, orientation, relationship status, gender, and sexuality. Magnificent Musings retains the right to decline service to a client if they are disrespectful, spout hate speech, and/or create an unsafe environment. If a service is declined or refused by Magnificent Musings, a refund for any partial payment deposited for the service that was declined and not completed will be given. A refund will not be given for any services rendered.
Any services conducted for a minor needs to have express consent and documented approval from a parent or guardian (an email will count as documented approval). Service must be booked by approving parent or guardian. Parent or guardian can request a disclosure of information shared during the service for the corresponding minor. This includes access to any video recordings of tarot readings or notes taken during coaching sessions. Only the approving parent or guardian who booked the appointment and provided documented approval can request this information. For privacy reasons, it will not be given to any other adult to maintain confidentiality of the client.
Any cancellation or reschedule of an approved booking needs to be made with 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. The partial payment made at booking will be moved to the new scheduled slot with no additional charges or refunded for a cancellation.
If a cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 24 hours notice, no refund or rollover of the partial payment will be given. Client needs to make a new booking request and complete a new payment.
In the event of an emergency, please contact Magnificent Musings. Exceptions on the 24 hours notice policy can be made based on the situation but communication with Magnificent Musings needs to be as close to the scheduled time of service as possible. If communication for an emergency cancellation occurs more than 48 hours after the cancellation (no call no show) no refund will be issued to account for time spent.
Starlight Sage Apothecary
Candles are handmade and may have discrepancies and imperfections. All candles must be burned in a fire safe spot and not left unattended. Customer accepts all fire safety risk upon purchase of the candle and Starlight Sage Apothecary is not responsible or liable for any candle-burning results.
Refunds will not be issued for any products. If there was an issue with the creation of a product, please contact Starlight Sage Apothecary and we will replace the defunct item. Pictures of the item damaged are required to receive a replacement.
If item was damaged in shipping, Starlight Sage Apothecary is not responsible. Please contact and let us know so that we can make it right by offering a discount of 5% and documenting the incident for our records in case a new carrier is required.
Plants are cared for and will be sold in a healthy state. If they arrive unhealthy or die shortly after arrival Starlight Sage Apothecary is not liable. It will be shipped to the best of our ability to protect the plant and care for it, but we are not responsible for any misconduct on the part of the shipping carrier nor the customer's ability to care for the plant and keep it alive once it arrives. Plants will not be replaced or refunded. They will only be sold if they are healthy and in a thriving condition. This is our promise. We will remove stock if they are not in such a condition to uphold this term. Plants will be marked as toxic or non-toxic to animals to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee it so please double check all plants before purchase.

If a sale is declined or refused by Starlight Sage Apothecary, a refund for any payment deposited for the sale that was declined and not completed will be given. A refund will not be given for any sales completed.
